I’ve order from you guys before and was great. The package came a week late not your fault but the box was open and damage the inside part package was ripped open and parts everywhere hope I got everything have not finished expecting the parts not happy with ups!
The parts that comes in this kit are great quality. Installing the bronze sleeves are very hard.
During my upgrade to the CRE3000 and X-Factor cross member I upgraded the wet bolts too. My only issue was that I ordered the wrong kit. My trailer doesn't have the correct track so two of the wet bolts were too long. I called MorRyde and they are sending me the two wet bolts and then I will install.
The straps and bolts were good quality

Great service response from the rep,however I do wish if replacing the MORryde system under warranty issues I do think the wet bolt should be included as part of the warranty since they ware at the same pace. If safety is a concern and the same wetbolts should not be used then this should be all together.
Wrong length bolts for outer ends of leaf springs, bolts were to long. Didn't notice till tried to tighten down and stripped nut. Had to cut apart. Put old bolt back in, left old ungreasable bolts in
The wet bolt shackle kit w/ correct track is a good heavy duty kit. However the description stats it will work on a standard set up. And it will, but you will need to buy 2 9/16'' x 3'' bolts to correctly install.
The bolts are too long for the trailer shackle mount points.
Pressing the bolts in the shackle is a pain.
My Grand Design came with non greasable bolts and plastic bushings. this upgrade was a noticeable improvement in ride and inside the camper.

Order arrived incomplete and unlike that which was depicted on the website. Extremely displeased with what I have received. This error leaves me unable to use the trailer and now I am left canceling plans that I had made.
Note in the pictures that the website displays black hardened bolts. What I received are those from the cheaper kit that is offered.
Also, there is a hydraulic type fitting in the box that I did not order. Not sure how that got in there but it tells me that their shipping department isn’t paying attention.
Great product and so much cheaper that the lippert upgrade. Perfect fit!!!!
The grease fittings would not receive grease on about half of my bolts once they were installed. I replaced those with the old bolt grease fittings. Don't know if it was fitting or my grease gun.
I am very impressed with the tracking system and how fast I was able to get my order. Keep up the good work

This was a great upgrade to my suspension. It was compatible with The Road Armorer, Very easy to install and service.
Installation was easy and had no proble ms
I didn't need to use the bolt kit. My previous owner purchased springs and a bolt kit. So I only used a couple of pieces and kept the rest for spare parts...just in case something gives. I have used this kit on my Nitro boat trailer and it made a huge difference in ride and reduced noise. This kit is a must when rebuilding your suspension or upgrading. Those nylon bushings are trash and a way for builders to make an extra dollar.
